Pan seared scallops with butternut squash puree, apple and chilli (GF)

8oz Fillet Steak, grilled Argentinean prawns, garlic and parsley butter served with asparagus and duck fat chips (GF)

Lamb shoulder marinated for 24 hours in Sri Lankan spices slowly simmered with peppers, onions and coconut milk, served with rice and beans, mango salsa, lime pickle (VE) (GF)

Chinese style duck breast, duck bon bon, sesame seed and honey greens, plum and soy glaze
